April 19-21, 2022 in Moscow held the International Forum of well researchers, organized by the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas Business. The theme of the Forum was "Modern methods of well and reservoir research to improve the efficiency of oil and gas field development".
"Pangea" was represented by the report "The glitter and poverty of techniques and methods of petrophysical generalizations", which was delivered by the chief petrophysicist of the company, candidate of technical sciences Boris Enikeev. The report aroused keen interest among the Forum participants.
Representatives of production and service companies discussed problematic issues of application of modern technological solutions for the oil and gas industry. In addition, the twenty-year practice of application of the guiding document "Methodological Guidelines for Compounding and Staging of Geophysical, Hydrodynamic and Geochemical Investigations of Oil and Gas Fields" was summarized, the participants noted the need for its cardinal revision.
