At the meeting, held in Zoom format under the leadership of the First Deputy General Director - Executive Director of JSC "PANGEA" I.A. Gots, specialists of the chamber block of JSC "PANGEA" presented the experience of gravimetric and magnetometer works to the colleagues of PJSC "Gazprom Neft". The event was held to discuss opportunities for further cooperation with the enterprises of PJSC "Gazprom Neft" in this area.
The report from PANGEA was made by Konstantin Chernikov, leading geophysicist on interpretation of gravimagnetic data. The speech presented geological problems solved by gravimetric and magnetic exploration works of the company, showed gravimetric monitoring of gas fields development, gave examples of results of processing and interpretation of gravimetric and magnetometric data.
The speaker emphasized that the geography of Pangea JSC projects is quite extensive. For the period from 2010 to 2021 the company has 9 projects of gravimetric monitoring, 5 projects of field work, more than 15 projects on data processing and interpretation. The company's customers are major oil and gas companies such as Gazprom Neft, Gazprom Geologorazvedka, LUKOIL, RITEK and others. Some works were performed under orders of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use "Rosnedra".
